A return or exchange must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase. We cannot refund or exchange slings after this two week window.
Slings must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and be in new condition. We cannot accept any slings that are in any way damaged or altered from their original condition. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.PLEASE NOTE:Custom orders cannot be returned.
You must have the original receipt or a gift receipt. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges without either the original or a gift receipt.
All tags must be attached. We cannot accept any slings without these.
We do not refund shipping charges.
We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order back to us.
We cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
Upon receipt of returned goods, pslingnewyork.com has the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet the company return policy requirements.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly refund your credit card. You will be notified via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take 7 business days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from pslingnewyork.com.
When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items when they are ready to ship.
